- Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. During high-demand periods (such as sales or festive seasons), processing times may be slightly extended.
- Custom Orders: If you’ve placed a custom or personalised order, processing may take additional time. We will inform you of any delays.

Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days once the order has been processed, depending on your location. -
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹2000.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can use this information to track your order in real time on the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that all delivery details are entered accurately at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an incorrect address has been provided, please contact us immediately to rectify it. -
Missed Delivery Attempts:
If no one is available at the delivery address to accept the package, our courier partners may leave a notification for re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility. -
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately so we can work with the courier to resolve the issue.
